Y2M Weekly Update: 16th October - 20th October 2017

English	Persuasive Texts This week in English class,  we reviewed our Big Writes and discussed how to improve for next time. We also concluded our unit on Persuasive Texts and finish our end of unit persuasive writing text.	***Half-Term Break***
Maths	Review This week In Math class, we marked numbers on a landmarked line, compared and ordered numbers, using < and > signs, found 1 and 10 more or less using the 100-square, and found 10 more and 10 less than any 2-digit number.	***Half-Term Break***
Unit of Inquiry	Healthy Livings This week in UOI, we finished our ‘Healthy Habits’ poster. We corrected our mistakes and added in new information to our descriptions. Finally, we will discuss our posters with the class.	***Half-Term Break***
